Studley House Farm - Cow Pasture Holiday Cottage

This luxury cottage, converted from a former milking parlour, has been expertly modernised by local craftsmen. With one double and one twin bedroom - both with built-in wardrobes - it is designed for four guests, and has a fully equipped bathroom with washbasin, toilet, shower over the bath and shaver point.

The lounge/dining room is furnished in a traditional style, with a brick and timber fireplace, a three piece suite, dining table and chairs, and is heated by an 'open' gas fire and storage heaters.

The well-fitted kitchen has ample storage, as well as a full-size electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, and all the other little essentials that you would expect to find.

All the rooms are on one level and would also suit the partially disabled.

Please note that weeks start Saturday from Easter to October. Weeks start Monday or Friday between November and April.

Your comfort is always our concern, so our quality holiday cottage accommodation includes all the following additional facilities:

A smoke alarm is fitted.
All bed and table linen, hand, bath and tea towels are provided.
All power and heat is inclusive.
The patio is complete with garden chairs and table.
Guests have their own parking space.

Please note: A deposit is required on booking online, and within seven days when booking by telephone, to confirm and secure a booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. Full payment is required if booking is made less than 6 weeks from holiday date. Terms and Conditions can be sent on request and with receipt. Prices may change without notice until booking is accepted. You are advised to use the insurance facilities available to cover you for all unforseen circumstances.
